Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with the original packaging and tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from their original state, such as items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
